Creating a new blog

Many friends asked me how to create a new blog about their recipes, lives, experiences or their business. I have tried it many times but without success. Thank God that gives me the courage to try again till I came across a video posted in Youtube. You want to know?? Ok lah let me be a generous person to share my learnings. Come in!!!  😉

Welcome and good day to you. Today I am sharing with you my successful of creating, editing, posting and submitting my blog to search engine which is Google.

Steps:
Creating Blog

1. Create your own blog via Blogger
2. Write your posting in post column. Edit the text, insert images, include caption each images. Preview and save the settings.
3. Remember to preview the blogs either in web or android the accurate adjustments and alignments.
4. Then proceed to Settings and select Basic category.
5. Fill up the Title, Description and Privacy (Yes to all options).
6. Once completed, head to Search preferences category.
7. Scroll down till you see Crawlers and indexing title.
8. Kindly open a new tab (+), open this link to get blog sitemap : Blogger Sitemap
9. Key in your blog url address at the text box given and click Generate Sitemap button.
10. Once created, you will see(eg. User-agent: * Disallow: /searchAllow: /Sitemap: http://...... 1&max-results=500);
11. Copy these codes.
12. Open back your blogger Search preferences, look for Custom Robot txt and paste the copied code. Click the Save the changes button.
13. At the following section which is Custom robots header tags, select Yes option.

Submitting Blog/Post to Search Engine (eg. Google)

1. Open this link at another tab: Free Web Submission
2. Scroll down and fill up the blanks
3. Click at the Submit your site button.
4. Proceed with the process on the screen given.
5. Verify your link at your inbox. Click the link for verification purposes.
6. You will be given a Search Console page where you need to key in your url address.
7. Once verified and successful, try to search your blog/postings at your selected search engine.
8. If found, Congratulations, you have succeeded with the process.
